Nimble Shift was founded on a simple observation: mid-tier professional services, family businesses and family offices share a digital agenda – AI governance, fluency, operational resilience, organisational structure modernisation – and understanding of their organisational reality.

AI Fluency and Governance Readiness Audit – a fixed-fee, structured assessment that produces immediate clarity, including scored digital maturity, a sequenced AI compliance roadmap and an AI governance policy aligned to guidance, with work typically spanning four to fourteen weeks depending on scope.
Digital and AI Advisory Retainer for ongoing implementation support, and – for multi-year transformation programmes – to a Fractional Senior AI Professional and Auditor arrangement at two days per week.

All engagements are scoped against a fee letter before commencement. No hidden charges, no commission on third-party tooling.
Oxford Saïd Business School Qualified AI Professional & Auditor – credentialled to deliver independent structured AI audits aligned to international standards and using the Oxethica conformity assessment tools.
C-suite experience across regulated and unregulated UK/US organisations, including ~10 years as Chief Operating Officer. Managing Director experience that has led the envisioning, build, start-up and scale-up of digital businesses.
Organisational structure and digital transformation certification.
Aligned to ICO guidance on AI and data protection, FCA Consumer Duty and the EU AI Act obligations relevant to UK organisations operating cross-border.
The practice is UK-based and primarily serves UK organisations and UK-domiciled family offices. Cross-border engagements are considered case-by-case.
